For seven days, from 7pm each evening, services will not run through Darfield. Normal timetables are expected to resume on the 4th of October.
During this period, Service 219 will follow the X19 route from Cathill Roundabout into Ardsley, and will not serve Nanny Marr Road, Snape Hill, or Upperwood Road. Service 27 will divert from Cathill Roundabout via Wombwell bypass directly into Wombwell, meaning Darfield stops will not be served.
Stagecoach says the changes are to ensure the safety of customers and staff, and the company is working with local authorities. Passengers are thanked for their patience and understanding.”
