The Friends of Locke Park have reported that a much-loved mural in the Fairy Garden at Locke Park has been damaged following a wheelie bin fire. Volunteers have already made some repairs, but more help is needed to restore the artwork fully.
The group is appealing for anyone with experience in mural painting or community art projects to come forward. They say they are willing to cover reasonable paint costs.If you’d like to support the Friends of Locke Park, please get in touch with the group directly.
