Avant Homes has submitted plans for a £37m, 155-home development in Barugh Green, Barnsley, with plans to begin construction in April. The proposed development will include a mix of one-bedroom homes, with 14 of which will be designed by Avant Homes. The company hopes to offer affordable housing options for families, downsizers, or first-time buyers.
