A brand-new Visitor Centre has officially opened at the award winning Elsecar Heritage Centre, offering an informative and family-friendly experience for visitors of all ages.
The centre features interactive displays, historical exhibits, and hands-on activities that explore Elsecar’s rich industrial past and the stories of the people who lived and worked in the village over the centuries.
The development of the new Visitor Centre was made possible with support from the Cultural Development Fund, using public funds from Arts Council England.
The Visitor Centre is now open to the public and can be explored during regular opening hours at Elsecar Heritage Centre.
