Leaders from across Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield have launched a new shared strategy for South Yorkshire.
The plan sets out long-term ambitions to improve opportunity, health and prosperity across the region, with a focus on helping people "stay near and go far", making South Yorkshire healthier, and ensuring communities are better connected and proud of where they live.
The strategy has been developed with councils, businesses, the NHS, education providers, community organisations and residents, and is being published alongside the region's Growth Plan.
