Barnsley winger Clayton Taylor on his Australian roots and bouncing back
Barnsley FC's Australian under-23 winger Clayton Taylor has been talking about the inspiration behind his game and the setbacks he has had to overcome.
Barnsley winger Clayton Taylor has spoken about how growing up in Australia shaped him as a player, with sport playing a big part in everyday life back home.
The 22-year-old, who was born in Sydney, says his love of the game came largely from his father, and he has carried that drive with him into his career in England.
Taylor, who has represented Australia at under-23 level, has also opened up about the knockbacks he has faced along the way and how he has responded to them.
The winger has been catching the eye for the Reds this season, and his form has come alongside his involvement with the Australian age-group set-up.
He remains a player Barnsley supporters will be keeping a close eye on as the campaign goes on.
