A Barnsley man has been jailed after neighbourhood police stopped a vehicle and discovered drugs and weapons. Jason Morton was stopped by officers from Barnsley North East Neighbourhood Policing Team after they spotted suspicious behaviour.
Police found a baseball bat, a knife and around 50 wraps of heroin inside the vehicle.
Morton admitted offences including possession with intent to supply drugs and possession of offensive weapons. He has now been jailed.
