Altered Images is a husband-and-husband photography business run by Stephen and Nicky, based in South Yorkshire and serving Yorkshire and beyond.We focus on wedding photography & have a portrait studio situated in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, creating elegant, natural and timeless imagery for couples marrying across Yorkshire and beyond. Our work combines a documentary approach with an editorial eye, creating imagery that feels natural, refined and personal for celebrations across Harrogate, York and Yorkshire's most beautiful venues.

A personal consultation and planning

Time together before the wedding to understand your plans, talk through what matters to you and make sure your photography feels completely personal.

Up to 10 hours of coverage

From the anticipation of getting ready through to the energy of the dance floor, giving us the freedom to tell the complete story of your day.

Carefully edited photographs

Every image is individually selected and professionally edited in our signature natural, timeless style - preserving the atmosphere and emotion of the day without making your photographs feel over-processed or dated.

Your own premium private online gallery

A beautifully presented, easy-to-use gallery where you can relive your wedding, easily share your photographs with family and friends, download your photos to print at home or elsewhere, or order prints through us whenever you wish. Personal printing rights

Your photographs are yours to enjoy, download, print and share for your own personal use. We do not place obtrusive watermarks on your photos and the resolution we provide to you through your online gallery should be good enough to print in as large as around 8" x 6" - please contact us for any larger prints

Sneak peeks within 72 hours

Because waiting weeks to see your photographs is hard. We’ll select a handful of favourites for you to enjoy and share while the memories are still fresh. We normally aim to make all your carefully edited photos available to you within a week or two at the peak of the wedding season
