Kim Frost School Of Dance

The Kim Frost School of Dance has been established for 28 years. The school motto is ‘Fun with Excellence’ as we offer high quality training by qualified professional teachers, whilst still keeping our classes enjoyable. We are an organised, friendly school that’s has something to offer for everyone- whether it is a once a week class for fun and recreation you are looking for or for students that want to take their training to a higher level and potentially pursue a career in Dance.

We offer comprehensive training to Advanced level in many genres with the opportunity to be part of our performance team performing at venues such as Her Majesty’s Theatre in London, Birmingham Hippodrome, Blackpool Tower Ballroom, Alton Towers as well as local Pantomimes and performances. We have a competition squad that compete in local competitions and at UK Dance Class Championships. Students can also study for OFQUAL regulated RAD and ISTD examinations in tap, ballet and Modern Dance. Our track record for exams is 100% pass rate with all students consistently achieving the top two grades of Distinction and Merit.

Dance is the ideal way for people of all ages to express themselves, relieve tension and improve flexibility and it is a great way to have fun, get fit and make friends.

We believe our dance school plays an important role in education and development and we provide a friendly and caring environment where each child can maximise their potential and grow in confidence. Our classes are good for posture, health and fitness and are in line with the key stages in schools.

Our emphasis is on education and fun and students take part in our spectacular shows at professional theatres and also have access to other performance opportunities in the local area.
