Worsbrough Mill

Worsbrough Mill Country Park is a 240-acre stunning nature reserve and home to a vast array of wildlife and natural habitats. The pathways offer a range of walks, short and long, that lead you through Green Flag and SSSi awarded green spaces that include pretty meadowlands and wildflowers. You will discover a range of public art like beautifully crafted benches, willow sculptures and intricately designed bird hides. At the heart of the Country Park is a 60-acre reservoir, a perfect spot for anglers and bird watchers.

Activities like swimming, paddle boarding, and other water sports are not allowed at Worsbrough Reservoir. The Barnsley and District Amalgamated Angling Society have access to the site for fishing, and anyone interested in this should contact them directly.
