Drivers can take a short test drive in a Ford Mustang, Capri or Puma at the Barnsley Hospice Retail Hub in Dodworth on Saturday 3 October, and every completed drive will see Ford Motor Company donate £30 to Barnsley Hospice.
The event runs as a drop-in between 9am and 4pm at 1 Fall Bank Industrial Estate, Dodworth, S75 3LS. Test drives take around 10 to 15 minutes, and drivers are asked to bring their driving licence.
Everyone who takes part will also be entered into a draw to win £250 in Amazon vouchers.
Last year, 95 people got behind the wheel and helped raise almost £3,000 for hospice care in the community. Organisers are hoping to beat that total this year.
There are no sponsorship forms, no running and no cold-water challenges — just a quick drive in a Ford and £30 generated for Barnsley Hospice.
