A hands-on science workshop takes place right in Barnsley town centre today, Monday 5 October.
AmazeLab - Home Education Workshop: Evolution runs from 11am to noon at Library @ the Lightbox, 3 The Glass Works.
Children will explore evolution, how species change and take part in hands-on science activities.
The session is aimed at children aged 5-11 with a parent or guardian.
An important correction from some earlier event listings: the venue is Barnsley town centre at Library @ the Lightbox, not Shaw Lands.
