The SEND and Alternative Provision Sufficiency Strategy 2026-2030 sets out how Barnsley Council and its partners will make sure there are enough education places and specialist support over the next few years.
The strategy covers children and young people who need extra support with their education, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and those in alternative provision.
It has been drawn up by the council working alongside its partners, and looks ahead to 2030.
