The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) has issued an urgent plea after over 80 dogs and cats were found living in 'appalling' conditions at a property in South Yorkshire.
The RSPCA's rescue team discovered 84 dogs and two cats neglected and living in "appalling" conditions. Nine RSPPA officers removed the animals from the property on 18 April last year.
A 61-year-old man was convicted of three animal welfare offences following a two-day trial at Barnsley Magistrates' Court.
